Milk Shake Your Way to Better Health

Raspeberry Cream In   bowl, combine ½ cup whipped cream and 1 Tbs. raspberry jam : set aside.  In blender, puree 2 cups raspberry sorbet.  1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt , ½ cup raspberries and 2 tsp. lemon juice 3o sec.  Stir in ½ cup raspberries.  Top with cream mixture.
