It’s an excellent source of alpha –lipoic acid, a   compound that prevents the collagen in your legs from hardening-which is the main cause of cellulite.  The women who eat the most broccoli tend to have the least -dimpled skin.

 

Snack on 1 cup broccoli a day or  take alpha lipoic supplements.
