Stretch marks can be easily avoided but not easily cured.  And the use of these oils morning and night will certainly help to keep the constantly and rapidly stretching skin during a pregnancy, keeping it  supple and pliable.

2x 250 mg. vitamin E capsule

5 ounces almond oil

1/2 ounce olive oil

1/2 ounce carrot oil

1/3 avocado oil

1 teaspoon wheat germ oil

10 drops mandarin oil

10 drops palmarosa oil

20 drops lavender oil

Pierce the vitamin E capsule and squeeze the oil into a 5 ounce bottle .  Add the remaining oils and shake well to mix.  Massage the oil thoroughly into the skin .

  1. I think not all people are getting marks. I think one is on the gene thing. My mom is one example who have not experienced any marks at all after giving birth to 3 babies way back. But to assure myself that I don’t acquire it, I was using bio oil and trilastin as means to prevent stretch marks. But I still believe in the gene thing.
