The Energizer

Juice 1 beet, 7 carrots, 2 apples. 1 cup kale, 1 cup spinach and 1 oz. aloe vera gel or freshly peeled aloe.  Stir in 3 tbs. extra virgin olive oil.  Drink once weekly.
