Marigolds calms sunburns!

These bright colored blossoms,  also known as calendula have proven pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory properties that soothe sunburned skin.  Marigolds contain  caffeic acid, which enhances the overall health and elasticity of the skin.  Put a fistful of fresh blossoms in a jar, fill with virgin olive oil and let sit for two weeks.  Strain and the dab the oil onto the skin twice a day
