Raspeberry Cream

In   bowl, combine ½ cup whipped cream and 1 Tbs. raspberry jam : set aside.  In blender, puree 2 cups raspberry sorbet.  1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt , ½ cup raspberries and 2 tsp. lemon juice 3o sec.  Stir in ½ cup raspberries.  Top with cream mixture.

Bonus . Fades sun spots. Raspberries ellagic acid suppresses the output of melanin , a skin pigment that causes the appearance of age spots and freckles.

 

Zesty Kiwi

In blender, puree 2 cups low fat vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt: 1 cup low fat milk: 1 kiwifruit, peeled and diced: 1 tsp. chopped fresh mint and a splash of lime juice 30 sec., or until smooth.

Bonus: Improves Heart Health.  The vitamin C and polyphenols  in kiwifruit can reduce levels of triglycerides by up to 15%.

 

Tropical Pineapple

In blender, puree 1 cup coconut sorbet, 1 cup low fat vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt and ½ cup crushed pineapple or pineapple juice 30 sec. or until smooth

Bonus: Reduces Celluite.  Pineapple’s bromelain dissolves dimple causing toxins trapped under the skin.

 

Banana Hazelnut

In blender, puree 2 small bananas sliced; 2 cups low-fat vanilla or chocolate ice cream: 1 cup low fat milk and 2 Tbs. chocolate –hazelnut spread 30 sec. or until smooth
