Chamomile Lotion


This lotion is good for sunburns and aching feet

Ingredients
Chamomile tea bag and glycerin
Pour 1 cup boiling water over chamomile tea bag
Let it step for 5 minutes, then remove bag , squeeze all the liquid out.
Cool, add the infusion to 1/4 cup glycerin.
Bottle
Shake well before applying


Insect Lotion

Ingredients
Dried chamomile, dried nettle, water, cedar needle essence, vinegar

Instructions
Simmer 1 tsp dried chamomile and 1 tsp dried nettle in 1/2 cup for 15 minutes {use a glass pot or a glass jar in a pot of water}
Strain and cool


Apply a few drops of cedar needle essence and 1/4 teaspoon of vinegar
Pour in a plastic spritz bottle{ vinegar reacts with metal} Refrigerate.
Shake well before spritzing, Discard after 10 days

Sun Lotion to prevent sunburn

Ingredients
Lanolin, peanut oil, apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Mix 1 tablespoon lanolin
Add 1 tablespoon peanut oil. Stir well.
Stir in 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Smooth into skin before going out into the sun and then on return from being out on the sun
